The three tracks in the Awareness pillar build foundational consciousness. The four Capacity tracks develop the skills and practices to do the work. The two Action tracks build leadership moves and ecosystem contributions.

The curriculum map
This map documents 48 modules across eight curriculum tracks. Each module is coded by status, source, and place in the six-phase journey.
Where NEA frameworks already carry you
Phase 2 is the richest quadrant. Wellness and healing, organizing, community partnerships, and LGBTQ+ content are already strongly represented across existing sources.
The two biggest structural gaps
Entry and exit are nearly empty. Phase 0 and Phases 4–5 lack the infrastructure that connects standalone experiences into a journey.
A menu exists, not a curriculum. The biggest priority is sequencing logic, not simply more content.
What the CRSJ conference confirms
The CRSJ strands map closely onto Awareness, Action, and Capacity Building. The opportunity is to frame attendance explicitly as a Phase 2–3 journey touchpoint.

A document that sequences the existing 48 modules into a journey arc. If you’re new, start here. If you’re deepening, go here. If you’re contributing, here’s the pathway. Not new content, new architecture.
Contribution + re-engagement infrastructure (Phases 3–5)
Contribution pathways (story, mentorship, committee), alumni re-engagement network, movement leadership roles, shadow facilitation pipeline. The back half of the journey doesn’t exist yet.
CRSJ positioning as journey infrastructure
Name the CRSJ conference as a Phase 2–3 touchpoint. Map the three strands (BSJES / OPAMB / HWHD) onto the three HCR pillars. Build a pre-/post-conference protocol that anchors the experience in the journey.
Phase 2 sequencing and deduplication
The richest quadrant also has the least clarity. A sequencing guide for Phase 2: what order, what depth, what connects to what would immediately improve the learner experience without building anything new.
